About Me: Mary Norcross

My back story is about a young girl who is a 7 on the Enneagram and was brought up in a Christian religious home with a dad who had rage issues. I married young and repeated the cycle, and fled after 6 years of marriage from domestic violence. My history defines neither my story nor my destiny!  Through education and lots of therapy and coaching, I have been able to use my experience to help others find freedom and no longer feel stuck in unhealthy relationships or being a victim.

Now happily remarried for 38 years, a “bonus” mom, and two children of my own, with one very spoiled grandkid. I have lived with breaking free from the glass ceilings that have been put on women. I have owned a business, Timeless Treasures, for 10 years. I know what it is to venture out and run a successful business independently. Being a 7 on the Enneagram, we want to do it all, so then back to school with the idea of becoming a Therapist.

Then, graduated with a degree in Psychology, I was offered a job in our local church and was quickly moved into working with women as their Pastor. Life has unexpected, exciting turns in the paths we take. During this time, I began taking classes in Coaching at Western Seminary. Then another offer to work at a non-profit, a women’s program for those unhoused, struggling with addiction and economic issues. I didn’t do these jobs alone.  I had excellent teams that made each of these positions successful. I am grateful that there has been so much leadership training and coaching during these years. All the time, I coached women through challenging situations: divorce, death, loss of jobs, betrayals, starting their businesses,  births, and wedding plans. Then, I returned to school for an official Coaching Certification, bringing me to my last five years as a full-time coach.

I value joy, presence, and connection, and I am honored to walk with you to bring out your healthiest, happiest self.
